Speedy Delivery Service
is a blanket wrap furniture delivery service providing full service
receiving, delivery, installations and storage services for all of Southern California. All delivery personnel
are experienced, courteous, in uniform, neat in appearance and English
speaking.
Speedy
has an established reputation for detail, professionalism and service to
all our customers, especially our designer clients. Knowing and understanding the importance
and personal nature of a design project enables Speedy to complete all
projects in a timely and organized manner.
When items arrive, they are compared to purchase orders, inspected,
repaired, labeled and placed in storage until the project is ready for
installation. All shortages and
overages are verified and the proper parties notified immediately as to all
exceptions. If repairs are
authorized, Speedy can complete them reasonably and in a timely manner with
our experienced staff.
All
residential deliveries are completed with a minimum of disruption. All work is performed by experienced
employees dedicated to proper customer service. Appointments are honored and scheduled to
accommodate client requests. All
items for residential delivery are thoroughly inspected prior to
delivery. You can rest assured that
your furnishings will be delivered with great care and in excellent
condition.

- To serve our customers more effectively, our delivery office
personnel maintain close contact with our drivers throughout the day.
- Our drivers will set up and assemble all merchandise being
delivered.
- For the convenience of our customers, our drivers may call up
to 30 minutes prior to arriving for the delivery if requested.
- We will make every reasonable effort to contact our customers
one or two days prior to the delivery with an estimated delivery time
frame.
- Our furniture and accessories are carefully packed and wrapped
during the transport to the delivery destination.
- We offer our customers a courtesy pre-measure service prior to
delivery.
